Hassan Isat – Lead Podiatrist

Hassan is a highly experienced HCPC registered Podiatrist qualifying from Johannesburg University in 1999 with an NHD in Podiatry (equivalent to BSc Podiatry in UK). Having trained in South Africa Hassan moved to Nottingham in 2004 where he quickly became the lead Podiatrist at Scholl Nottingham. During this time Hassan developed the Clinic in several areas and has gained extensive experience working with a wide and varied number of patients requiring routine podiatry / chiropody, nail surgery, verruca treatments as well as bio mechanical assessments.

Hassan is passionate about his profession and regularly attends training events and conferences to enable him to integrate the latest thinking and technologies into the practice. Hassan puts his patients at ease with his professional and friendly manner. His sole focus is to provide outstanding treatment and an enjoyable experience for each of his patients.

Iqra Rafiq – Podiatrist

Iqra is a graduate of Southampton University. She is a HCPC registered Podiatrist and works part time at the Practice and is available for appointments on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Iqra is a local girl, living with her family in Edwalton and originally came to us when she was a student to observe our treatments and customer service. We are very pleased to be able to have Iqra join us.

Patricia Radford – Foot Health Practitioner

Patricia trained with the highly regarded College of Foot Health.

With many years experience within the Podiatry industry she is well placed to use her knowledge to advise and treat patients to the highest standards. Patricia has worked alongside Hassan since 2011.

Patricia regularly attends courses and conferences to expand her knowledge and skills.

Patricia is currently able to see patients on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Jaykishan Maru – Podiatrist

Jay joined us in January 2024.

With over 6 years post graduate experience, having qualified at the University of Northampton, Jay has become a greatly adaptable and fully autonomous clinician.He has worked within the NHS for most of those years and has spent some time in private practice. Since being involved with the University Hospital Leicester diabetic foot clinic he has treated vastly complexed caseloads that require complex wound management and treatment. He is also a Clinical Educator at UHL.

Jay has also been a medical volunteer for the London Marathon and has experience in gait analysis and nail surgery.

Jay is available on Fridays and alternate Saturdays.
