Practice Policies and Procedures

Rest Assured

The safety of our patients and staff are of our upmost importance. We have reviewed our procedures  please read the following information:

Pre appointment screening questions can help identify potential infection, medical conditions we need to be aware of and any medications taken that might contradict with our treatments or products we use. Therefore we request you take the time to update your medical history form prior to attending your appointment. You will have received an email confirming the appointment and the link to update is highlighted in blue within the body of the text.  If you do not have this facility please make the reception team aware so we can have hard copies to hand for you to complete.

Our team will be wearing personal protective equipment during your appointment.  This is a standard procedure for us.

We would like to reassure you our cross infection control systems in terms of cleaning and sterilisation are robust and already highly regulated.

On Arrival at the practice

Our doors are now open! You are welcome to wait in the reception area but request if you do so that you wear a mask (if not excempt) as we do not have any ventilation in this area and as a courtesy to our reception team and other waiting patients.

Alternatively if you have arrived by car and prefer to wait in your vehicle the clinician will come out to collect you.  There is no need for you to notify us of your arrival.

What to do once you enter the Practice

We will ask you to use a hand sanitiser and wear a mask if waiting in reception.  If you can bring your own face covering or mask that would be most helpful.

When your treatment is complete

Once your treatment is complete you  will be escorted to reception to make your payment  and make your next appointment.

Any queries please do not hesitate to contact us.
